  • Shannon Bongiavanni, 55 Sylvan Valley Road, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions.
  • Javier Gonzalez-Aviles, of 2067B No. Broad St., was charged with traveling too fast.
  • Abigail Colon, of 8 Ash St., Apt. 2, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
  • Mary Bunch, 489 Center St., was charged with violation of a city curfew.
  • Henry Cord, of 72 Bradley Ave., was charged with interfering with police.
  • Marcel Sierra, of 134 Foster St., 3rd Floor, was charged with violation of a city curfew.
  • Jeffrey L. Wilson, of 3 Monroe Court, was charged with failure to obey a stop sign and driving without a license.

  • Corey Williams, of 402 Center St., was charged with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
  • Mark M. Adduci, of 4 South Broad St., was charged with failure to drive right.
  • Oleg Krasilnikov, of 79 Farmington Chase Crossing, Farmington, was charged with failure to obey a stop sign.
  • Jason W. Matias, 31, of 27 Prince St., was charged with illegal parking and failure to obey an officer’s signal.
  • Brenda Coleman, 36, of 58 Terrace Gardens, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation.
  • Zel Stancil, 20, of 341 West Division St., New Haven, was charged with diving without a license.
  • Tersa Haynes, 41, of 214 West Main St., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and interfering with an officer.
  • Amador Vega, 24, of 42 Mitchell Ave., Waterbury, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and operating under suspension.

April 16

  • Ralph Pompano, 75, of 57 Schooner Lane, was charged with violation of a protective order and third-degree assault on an elderly person.
  • Ryan T. Savage, 27, of 40 Meriden Ave., was charged with no insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.
  • Nigel Badillo, 20, of 59 Liberty St., Apt. 2, was charged with third-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.
  • Jenny Villaverde, 42, of 85 Linsley Ave., Apt. 1, was charged with breach of peace.
  • Angel Dejesus, 43, of 61 Queen St., Apt. 1, was charged with breach of peace.
  • Jesneiry Vargas, 18, of 85 Linsley Ave., Apt. 1, was charged with risk of injury to a minor, breach of peace and third-degree assault.
  • Jose Marino, 19, of 38 Park St., Apt. 108, was charged with driving without a license.

  • Lillian Echevarria, 24, of 9 Gold St., was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
  • Brandy Patry, 25, of 17 Sherman Ave., was charged with creating a public disturbance.
  • Carla Nelson, 48, of 27 Summer St., was charged with breach of peace and interfering with police.

  • James Meyer, 38, of 461 Broad St., Apt. 4, was charged with failure to carry insurance and failure to carry a driver’s license.
  • Christopher Flores Montanez, 18, of 40 Cedar St., Apt 2F, was charged with misuse of marker plates, driving without insurance, driving without a license.
  • Alton Mac Youngs, 18, of 53 Prospect St., 3rd Floor, was charged with three counts of failure to respond to an infraction.
  • Julio Pagan, 23, 45 North St., was charged with violation of a restraining order.
  • Christian Hernandez, 18, of 61 Webster St., 1st Floor, was charged with misuse of marker plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance and simple trespass.
  • Shanelle Dowd, 20, of 119 Lincoln St., was charged with simple trespass.
  • Erica Kittrell, 31, of 40 Cedar St., Apt. 6A, was charged with littering.
  • Desiree Dowd, 19, of 119 Lincoln St., was charged with simple trespass.
