The Meriden Police Department provided the information on the following arrests and infractions. Inclusion on this list does not mean those arrested were convicted. 

Sunday, April 8

  • Sally Mateo, 41, of 433 Colony St., 2nd Floor, was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
  • Glenda Rivera, 40, of 18 Morgan St., was charged with animal nuisance – roaming dog.
  • Jose Almadovar, 47, of 80 South Ave., was charged with third-degree burglary, second-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny.
  • Brittany Foreman, 20, of 275 Broad St., First Floor, was charged with disorderly conduct. 
  • George Ryan, 18, 275 Broad St., First Floor, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Robert Andreucci Jr., 50, of 9 Dell Drive, East Haven, was charged with possession of drugs near a prohibited place, possession of narcotics, sale of narcotics and fifth-degree larceny.
  • Eduardo Vazquez III, 30, of 91 East Harold St., Bloomfield, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Mildred Wright, 45, of 831 Hanover Road, was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • Richard Rodominski, 60, of 43 Cedar St., New Britain, was charged with misuse of plates and failure to show registration/license.

  • Celeste Cemoes, 53, of 208 Dexter Ave., was charged with driving without a license and failure to maintain a safe distance.
  • Amy Gullo, 17, of 148 Deer Run Road, wasa charged with failure to obey a stop sign.
  • Anderson Perez, 45, of 170 Colony St., was charged with misuse of markers, driving without a license, no insurance and having no front marker plate.
  • Michelle Rosado, 25, of 20 Lincoln St., New Britain, was charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.
  • John Donovan, 43, of 1025 Colony Road, was charged with failure to yield right-of-way at an intersection.
  • Paul R. Serio, 44, of 255 Douglas Drive, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, refusal to submit to processing, threatening, driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and stop sign violation.
  • Thomas Coombs, 19, 193 Stephen Drive, was charged with simple trespass.
  • Jhonny Tapia, 32, of 65 Broad St., Meriden, was charged with hazardous use of a highway by a pedestrian.
  • Anna Murzyn, 34, of 78 Hidden Valley Drive, was charged with traveling too fast.
  • Moya Wilson, 33, of 398 Center St., Apt. 2, was charged with failing to have insurance, improper use of registration, failure to grant a right of way, operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Andrew Caron, 18, of 15 Knollwood Drive, Vernon, was charged with following too close.
  • Hiran Castro, 45, of 31 Benjamin St., was charged with simple trespass.
  • Laura Diaz, 20, of 675 Broad St., Apt. 1, was charged with two counts of evading responsibility, reckless driving, operating under suspension and driving too close.

  • Lakeisha Leatherwood, 25, of 52 Peck St., New Haven, was charged with having no insurance.
  • Leon West, 30, of Ellenwood, Ga., wasa charged with failure to carry insurance card.
  • Christian Morales, 22, of 233 Howard Ave., New Haven, was charged with harassment.
  • Jose Rodriguez, 27, of Sawford Fl., was charged with failure to use a turn signal.
  • Tucker Thorpe, 30, of 504 So. Curtis St., was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and having no front marker plate.
  • Cesar Fuentes, 41, of 108 Liberty St., was charged with driving without a license.
  • Elizabeth Riddick, 30, of Hartford, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, breach of peace and possession of a shoplifting device.
  • Matthew Johnson, 24, of 366 Bee St., was charged with criminal trespass.
  • Scott P. Suzio, 49, of 192 Finch Ave., was charged with failure to have tail lights.
  • Jonathan Ayala, 21, of 94 Windsor Ave., was charged with traveling too fast.
  • Latifa S. Lorenzo, 46, of 89 Rockledge Drive, was charged with traveling too fast.
  • Anthony Elliot, 22, of 32 Cook Ave., Apt. 106, was charged with traveling too fast and passing in a passing zone.
  • Raquel Garcia, 34, of 100 Plum Ave., was charged with driving without a license and failure to renew registration.
  • Trystin Mellish, 20, of 174 East St., 2nd Floor, Wallingford, was charged with risk of injury to a minor.

Thursday, April 5

  • Thomas W. Schafrick, 43, of 5-3 Old Turnpike Road, Southington, was charged with possession of narcotics.
  • Rovirter Sultis, 43, of 40 Mill St., Apt. 2A, was charged with failure to respond and breach of peace.
  • Allan Coy, 25, of Florida, was charged with having a defective tail light.
  • Andy Garcia, 21, of 297 Grove St., was charged with driving without a license.
  • Darryl Johnson, 22, of 1025 Old Colony Road, was charged with improper passing.
  • Marge Spaulding, 58, of 76 Butler St., wasa charged with failure to obey a stop sign.
  • Marcia Spaulding, 55, of Bud Lake, N.J., was charged with failure to drive right.
  • Olivia Chavous, 19, of 435 Bradley Ave., Apt. 33, was charged with misuse of marker plate, failure to obey a stop sign, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and having no insurance.
  • Alexis Banez, 19, of 144 Pratt St., 6th Floor, was charged with following too close.
  • Thomas Schappert, 67, of 76 Griswold St., was charged with failure to obey a stop sign.
  • Shonte Hodges, 33, of 118 Hall Ave., Apt. 50, was charged with failure to obey a stop sign.
  • Holman Bunnell Jr., 22, of 20 Summer St., was charged with failure to obey a stop sign.
