Tess Freeman, 44, of 42 Olive St., Meriden, was arrested and charged with second degree breach of peace.
Troy Jason Kosienski, 34, of 30 Antonio Ave., Meriden, was arrested and charged with possession of drugs, possession with intent, drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, possession of marijuana.
Corey Brown, 25, of 1023 Old Colony Rd., Meriden, was arrested and charged with drugs near a prohibited place, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a drug factory, sale of illegal drugs, possession of hallucinogens/marijuana, risk of injury.
Denise Morrissette, 41, of 82 Chestnut St., Manchester, was arrested and charged with drug paraphernalia, prostitution.
Juan A. Villafane, 41, of 228 Carter Ave. Ext, Meriden, was arrested and charged with operating under suspension.
Sahrina Shere Niro, 20, of 11 Eastlake Dr., Middletown, was arrested and charged with breach of peace, consiparcy to commit assault.

Thomas Colby, 44, of 38 East Side Terrace, Wallingford, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit fifth degree larceny, possession of burglar tools, third degree criminal trespass.
Troy E. Colby, 27, of 4 Pleasant St., Cromwell, was arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit fifth degree larceny, criminal attempt to commit fifth degree larceny, possession of burglar tools, third degree criminal trespass.
Glenn Pearson, 43, 90 Olive St., Meriden, was arrested and charged with sales of records or tapes without ID marker.

Richard Dematteo, 40, of 39 Oregon Rd., Meriden, was arrested and charged with first degree criminal trespass, breach of peace, violation of protective order. Dematteo was charged a second time with violating a protective order the same day.
Michael Gifford, 41, of 47 Griswold St., Meriden, was arrested and charged with breach of peace.

Robert Jenkins, 24, of 121 Sagamore Rd., Meriden was arrested and charged with first degree assault, tampering with evidence, interfering with an officer.
Roberta Sheppard, 52, of 527 W. Main St., was arrested and charged with sixth degree larceny.
Wayne Tack, Jr., 41, of 409 Wall St., Meriden, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
Matthew David Holmes, 21, of 37 Summer Hill Rd., Middletown, was arrested and charged with weapons in motor vehicle, park curfew violation.

Edgar Quianes, no age given, of 110 Springdale Ave., Meriden, was arrested and charged with sixth degree larceny, two counds of credit card fraud.
