Viewfinder: ARC Eatery Serves Clients and the Public

The ARC of Meriden-Wallingford helps prepare disabled adults and children for a more independent life – and makes some great food to go

The ARC Eatery of Meriden-Wallingford has a dual purpose - teaching developmentally disabled adults how to prepare food and work in a cafe, and making good food to go at its 200 Research Parkway restaurant site. The group prepares everything from soup to dessert, with hot meals and sandwiches like its classic turkey club and eggplant-mushroom ciabatta. For a daily menu, click here.
