Remember back in *the day* when a community would get together to teach time-honored traditions??? :) I have seen some advertising through other towns for free knitting lessons, groups that get-together, etc. Does anyone know of something like that in Meriden? I am looking to learn to knit. I haven't done it since I was a pre-teen ... with the holiday's coming too, would be great to make some homemade scarves!
