On October 1, 2012, St. Stanislaus School hosted Attorney Ronald Stempien of Meriden as Principal for a Day. Attorney Stempien had won the honor at the school's annual auction.
Attorney Stempien shared with the students about his recent trip to Poland. The day began with the raising of the American and Polish flags in front of the school. Attorney Stempien then visited each class, sharing with them photos and mementos from his visit to Poland.
The students were excited to learn about the cultural heritage of their school.
