RiverQuest Eagle Watch Tours Launching Soon

This is the 10th year of the popular program.

RiverQuest, which conducts tours year-round on the Connecticut River from its berth in Haddam, is now booking its popular Eagle/Winter Wonderland Cruises.

Cruises start Feb. 11th and will run through March 18th, weekends at 9 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m., and Thursday at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Cruise officials said they may add more dates.

The cruises take about two hours and cost $40 per person. Children 10 years old and younger are not allowed on the cruises.

This is the 10th year the RiverQuest has offered their popular eagle watch, winter boat cruises in conjunction with the Connecticut Audubon Society’s EcoTravel Division.

You can book your tour online, no one under 10 years old please. Gift Certificate recipients looking to book your Eagle Cruise, please go to our Gift Certificate page for information.

RiverQuest workers have repaired Dock 1 at Eagle Landing State Park, the dock closest to the Swing Bridge. RiverQuest will now depart from that dock, which should be easier for people to walk to and allow passengers easier access on and off the boat.

RiverQuest is also now booking its 2012 Private Charter tours aboard RiverQuest, which provides an excellent, affordable platform for corporate and personal outing.

Please check the calendar for any changes to the schedule, or call 860-662-0577.
