Annual Diabetes Awareness Day Event

Join the Community Health Center of Meriden as we celebrate Diabetes Awareness Month! We will have a nutritionist and pharmacist on hand to answer your questions and learn how to stay healthy. There will also be healthy cooking demonstrations.
