The Andrews family has be connected to the property even before the revolutionary war and are thought to still make their presence known in the home. The group will present data collected during this investigation as well as past investigations during the September 9,2014 presentation.
The Connecticut Soul Seekers are a highly respected team in the paranormal community and are known as one of the most trusted groups in Connecticut. They have  assisted local media including WTNH Channel 8 news, DoingItlocal, The Wall Street Journal and have been featured in the Republican American as well as an appearance on the Chiller TV hit Real Fear the Truth Behind More Movies. They have also appeared as guests on many radio internet shows.

The group was formed by Angel and Nicole Ortiz in early 2009. While Nicole has always held an interest in the paranormal, Angel's developed much later in life after the loss of his mother. With their interests joined, they began more in depth research regarding the paranormal and various equipment used to investigate. After researching and investigating their own home they branched out and sought permission to visit and investigate local cemeteries and other places of interest. They then began networking and teaming up for joint investigations with other local teams. Once they felt they had some time and more knowledge under their belts, they then went a step further in trying to help others who felt they may be experiencing paranormal activity. The team has developed into one of the most respected groups in Connecticut due to their commitment, honesty and integrity. CTSS has collaborated with many respected groups within the paranormal community and continues to do so in order to share techniques with others as well as learn some new tips themselves. As experienced in investigations as CTSS is, the team knows there will always be more to learn in order to keep this team growing and maintaining their standards. Each member is a vital part of the CTSS team. Many teams have certain titles or areas where a team member excels. Some examples of this include the following ; Case Manager, EVP Analyst, Tech Manager etc... What is different about CTSS is that each member knows every aspect and job functions within the team and is able to perform each task with confidence. The team strives towards helping not only in helping clients feel comfortable in their homes but also helping in the community as well. CTSS has held many fundraisers to raise funds for the American Cancer Society as well as individual families and Veterans in need of a helping hand. The Connecticut Soul Seekers also provide lectures free of charge to local libraries and other venues in order to try and help educate the public on paranormal activity, equipment functions and malfunctions, share data collected over the course of many investigations and to provide answers to those searching for help to the best of their ability. The team is a fun group of individuals who keep a high degree of professionalism in their interactions with clients and the community.
