Meriden Arts Council Monthly Meeting

MAC's monthly meeting is held the first Tuesday of each month at the Augusta Curtis Cultural Center. We welcome anyone who would like to help us in our mission to promote the arts.

For example, we maintain a Facebook page, we have a website and calendar (in the process of being updated!!), a printed calendar. Each year we recognize adults in the community for their committment to the arts as well as giving monetary awards to students who are planning on furthering their education in the arts. We hold the Main ARTery every fall in conjunction with the Main and Vine Wine tasting.

In addition to our ongoing committments noted above, this year we are updating our website thanks to a grant from the Cuno Foundation and are planning to hold a sidewalk chalk art festival this summer thanks to a grant from the Meriden Foundation.
