At the end of the year we often take stock of where we are by looking back and reviewing the year behind us.  We then make big plans for what we might do better or perhaps differently in the year ahead.  Hence, the popular song that plays at midnight as the New Year dawns.  My personal experience this year has led me to reflect often and realize that it is much healthier to focus not on the past or look forward from the present but to figure out what it is that I am learning and doing in this moment.  Every moment is impermanent, as is what happens there.  This service will focus on how we compound, construct, or fabricate the future based on our attachment to people and things that happen; and once we realize this process, it makes it easier to move forward without creating suffering
