Apartment Owners Association of CT Quarterly Meeting

The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) is sponsoring a new Apartment Owners Association of Connecticut (AOACT) meeting. Attendees will receive helpful advice on how to manage investment properties and apartment buildings.
Topics will include: how to cut costs on heat/boilers and lights; Connecticut Fire Marshal requirements; new lead paint regulations and how they affect apartments and constructions; how to avoid the eviction process; new products that will help you save money and make your life easier; an estimator guide to help produce job estimates; and much more. Attendees will also hear from an AOACT member who just purchased his first apartment building with none of his own money.
This event is free for AOACT and CT REIA members, and $59 for nonmembers.
