The Brian David Ash Memorial Fire Prevention Fund will hold its major fundraiser – a hot dog sale – at Super Stop and Shop on the city's east side on Sept. 9, 10, and 11.
For $2, donors receive a hot dog, soda and chips. All the food is donated, so 100 percent of all proceeds will go to the fund.
In conjunction with the hot dog sale, a variety of free fire safety literature will be available. A raffle featuring several gift baskets will also take place. And specialty advertising items related to fire safety will be available without charge.
