Stop by the green next to Harbor Park in Middletown and drop off much-needed donations for the Meriden Humane Society's canine friends.
Needed items include:
Pedigree dry food, Purina One Chicken and Rice dry food, dog collars and leashes, food dishs (metal only), blankets, old sheets, blankets, laundry detergent, paper towels, scrubbing sponges, Green Works cleanser, Lysol wipes, dish detergent, hand sanitizer, garbage bags (large and small).
All breeds of dogs are welcome to come and have their picture taken by a professional photographer as a thank you for the donation. You get a high-resolution photo of your pet (via email) with rights to print.
