MxCC's Meriden Center to Host College Goal Sunday Financial Aid and Planning Event

Connecticut high school students and others interested in learning more about attending college are invited to College Goal Sunday, a free workshop at Middlesex Community College’s Meriden Center on Sunday, January 26, 2014 from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

MxCC has been chosen as one of 15 location sites across the state of Connecticut to host College Goal Sunday. This is the first time College Goal Sunday will be held at MxCC’s Meriden Center, located at 55 West Main Street in Meriden.

“We are very excited to bring College Goal Sunday to the city of Meriden,” said Michael Amouzou, associate director of financial aid services at MxCC. “We hope the convenient location of the Meriden Center will allow more students and their families to take the first step on the pathway to college.”
