Jasmine Mercado, 19, 66 Westwood Knoll, Meriden, was arrested and charged with driving with no insurance, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to obey a stop sign and child under six years old not restrained.
Rebecca Lafave, 34, 130 Cook Avenue, Meriden, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.
