Meriden Police Department Arrests from March 25 to March 29

March 24

Nicole Richie, 24, 232 Carriage Drive, Meriden, was arrested and charged with illegal use of credit cards, larceny in the sixth degree.

Tommy Lillard, 37, 36 Red Fox Lane, Meriden, was arrested and charged with two counts violation of the Home Improvement Contractor Act.

Glorinda Santos, 51, 17 Wakefield Court, Apartment #2, New Britain, was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

March 25

Joseph Gonzalez, 27, 7 Russell Road, Meriden, was arrested and charged with hindering prosecution, conspiracy to hinder prosecution, and interfering with an officer.

March 26

Christopher Milagros Belomizi, 26, 15 West Ridgeland Road, Wallingford, was arrested and charged with possession of paraphernalia, criminal attempt to possess narcotics, criminal trespassing.

Carmen Milagros Figueroa, 20, Homeless, was arrested and charged with violation of protective order.

Spencer Phillip, 41, 130 Cook Avenue, Meriden, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, unlawful restraint, breach of peace, and interfering with an officer.

Albert DeJesus, 30, 79 Park Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with larceny in the third degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree.

Aida DeJesus, 30, 79 Park Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with larceny in the third degree, conspiracy to commit larceny in the third degree.

March 27

Vincent Martinez, 39, no address given, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

Stephen Mahoney, 55, 71 Caitlin Street, Apartment #93, Meriden, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension, improper passing.

John McGeehan, 30, 463 Matthew Street, Prospect, was arrested and charged with larceny in the sixth degree.

March 28

Cheryl Bailey, 41, 7 Boyer Road, Stafford Springs, was arrested and charged with threatening in the second degree, harassment in the second degree.

Nicholas Hernandez, 26, 6 Greeta Street, Apartment #311, West Haven, was arrested and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving wrong way on a one way street.

James Law, 43, 78 Daggett Street, North Haven, was arrested and charged with driving under suspended license, unregistered motor vehicle, misuse of plates, driving without insurance.

Carmen Figueroa, 20, 250 West Main Street, Apartment #7, Meriden, was arrested and charged with interfering with an officer, unsafe use of highway by a pedestrian.

Jameson Beardsley, 24, homeless, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Waldermar Neives, 54, 155 Lewis Avenue, Meriden, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle under suspended license.

March 29

James Carter Nelson, 23, 24 Ann Place, Meriden, was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree, disorderly conduct.

Erik Duenas, 22, 21 Bartis Drive, Meriden, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Shanequa Rivera, 26, 525 Crown Street, Building 7/Apartment #136, Meriden, was charged with failure to respond to an infraction.

Haley Winto, 18, 35 Hallem Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree.

Leroy W. Hunter Jr., 21, 25 Caitlin Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with breach of peace in the second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than 4 oz. of marijuana.
