April 10

  • Jamie Putnam, 26, of 123 Quinnipiac St., Wallingford, was charged on a warrant with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.
  • Noel Flores, 23, of 140 South Colony St., was charged with failure to carry license.
  • Robert Plourde, 48, of 23 Vale Ave., was charged with an open fire.
  • Glen Richardson, 41, of 88 Virginia Drive, was charged with failure to drive in a proper lane, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
  • Jose Mendoza, 49, of 303 Broad St., was charged with failure to obey a stop sign and failure to carry registration.
  • Robert Rodriguez, 27, of 57 Pearl St., was charged on a warrant with violation of a protective order and breach of peace.
  • Richard Dinicola, 39, of 1102 Main St., was charged with theft of a marker plate.
  • Manuel Perez-Urena, 30, of 1102 East Main St., was charged with failure to notify DMV of appearance change and driving with a suspended license.
  • Andy Villanueva, 32, of 80 Hanover St., Apt. 717, was charged on a warrant with violation of probation.
  • Jose Santiago, 28, of 143 Hobart ST., was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and driving with a suspended license.
  • Steven Fortier, 23, of 166 Grove St., was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.
  • Harsinder Sinba, 19, of 14 Sycamore Way, Wallingford, was charged with failure to obey a traffic control signal.
  • Marcos Navarrete, 42, of 116 Prospect Ave., was charged with a seatbelt violation and operating with a suspended license.
  • Steven Fortier, 23, of 166 Grove St., was charged with second-degree forgery, breach of peace and criminal attempt to obrain prescription drugs.
  • James Fredrick, 63, of 14 Suzio Drive, was charged with failure to use a turn signal and failure to carry insurance.

  • Harjinder Sinija, of 14 Sycamore Way, Wallingford, wasa charged with failure to obey a traffic control signal.
  • Pedro Guzman, of 16 Late St., Apt. 1E, Middletown, was charged with driving without a license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.
  • Gabriel Dejesus, of 91 Britannia ST., was charged with failure to obey a stop sign.
  • Yessenia Vazquez, of 171 Crown St., was charged with failure to obey a stop sign and failure to renew registration.
  • Steven Cicliowski, of 80 Evansville Ave., was charged with unsafe movement and unnecessary noise.
  • Marcose Navarrete, of 116 Prospect St., was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.

  • Marissa Flis, of 26 Johnston Heights, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court.
  • Ronald Golden, of 65 Glenn Hills Road, was charged on a warrant with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.
  • Robert Janas, of Bridgeport, was charged with disorderly conduct.
