A Meriden man faces charges in an undercover child sex sting.
Bradley C. Foster, 33, of 80 Hanover Street, was arrested on charges of criminal attempt at sexual assault, criminal attempt at impairing the morals of a minor and criminal attempt at enticement of a minor, police said.
The Connecticut State Police Computer Crimes Unit concluded an undercover on-line criminal investigation of Foster using the Internet to attempt to arrange meetings for sex with a perceived minor aged girl.
After admitting to his intended abuse of a minor, a search warrant was obtained for the search and seizure of accused Foster’s residence, police said.
Electronic evidence was seized and will be examined for evidence of other potential victims, according to police.
Foster is being held on $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court today.
