Beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 27 and lasting through the holiday weekend, the Meriden Police Department will be conducting a DUI Checkpoint and DUI Roving patrols.

The additional enforcement is made possible by a grant distributed through the Connecticut Department of Transportation and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administrations.
