Meriden Police Blotter: A Rash of 'Disorderly' Behavior and More

It seems the city is a little agitated - at least according to the latest police reports. Officers responded to numerous cases of disorderly conduct over the weekend and into the start of the week. Take a look back at the latest arrest logs.

The Meriden Police Department reported the following arrests:

June 14

Dashira Rosado, 20, of 50 Parker Ave. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, June 14.

Jesse Torres, 21, of 185 Spring St. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, June 14.

Milagros Rodriguez, 34, of 11 Webster St. in Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree criminal mischief, June 14.

Surinder Singh, of 8 Broad St. in Meriden, was charged with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct, June 14.

Zaida Jiminez, of 70 Ferry St. in Middletown, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, June 14.

Tashawna Goodman, of 237 Grove St. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, June 14.

Twanda Watson, of 237 Grove St. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree failure to appear, June 14.

Todd Davis, of 28 Olive St. in Meriden, was charged with second-degree assault and disorderly conduct, June 14.

June 15

Ivette Davilla, 42, of 215 Pleasant St. in New Britain, was charged with identity theft, June 15.

Nicole Philips, 28, of 222 Bradley Ave. in Meriden, was charged with first-degree failure to appear, June 15.

Damian Soto, 40, of 281 Swain Ave. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, June 15.

Joseph Heany, 47, of 50 Evansville Ave. in Meriden, was charged with disorderly conduct, June 15.

June 16

Damian Soto, 40, of 281 Swain Ave. in Meriden, was charged with violations of conditions of release and disorderly conduct, June 16.

Amie Lee Stamand, 31, of 162 Britannia St. in Meriden, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, June 16.

Jose Antonio Ramirez-Gomez, 24, of 69 Liberty St. in Meriden, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, June 16.

Bharat Vyas, 35, of 17 Catherine Drive in Meriden, was charged with unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct, June 16.

Other stats from reported traffic stops and incidents:

  • Six people were cited with failure to obey stop sign/traffic control signal.
  • Five people were cited with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license/no license.
  • Three people were cited with operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
  • Two people were cited with driving the wrong way on a one-way road.
  • Two people were cited with failure to carry a license.
  • One person was cited with failure to properly display license plates.
  • One person was cited with failure to have taillights.
  • One person was cited with possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana.
  • One person was cited with unsafe movement of a motor vehicle.
  • One person was cited with speeding/traveling too fast.
  • One person was cited with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.
  • One person was cited with following too close.
  • One person was cited with failure to vaccinate a dog.
  • One person was cited with with a no parking violations.
