Operating a Drug Factory and Possession of a Weapon in a Motor Vehicle

December 16th

Joseph Cirillo, 41,  222 Olive Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with risk of injury to a minor, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, criminal attempt to possess a controlled substance.

Rafael Senhouse, 39, 438-6 Austin Road, Waterbury, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana (less than 4oz.),  possession of marijuana with intent to sell within a school zone, cultivation of marijuana (less than 1kilo.), conspiracy to commit cultivation of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drug paraphernalia within a school zone, operating a drug factory.

Kenneth Ford, 23, 146 Bailey Avenue, Middletown, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

Gary W. Collins, 41, 584 West Main Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with risk of injury to a minor, violation of protective order.

December 18th

Clayton K. Black, 21, 22 Edgewood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

Edwin Vega Jr, 28, 144 Richards Drive, Monroe, was arrested and charged with threatening in the second degree, disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree, risk of injury to a minor.

Patrick R. Dodge, 23, Homeless, Meriden, possession of narcotics, illegal storage of narcotics.
