PD: Meriden Man Arrested in Newington

Adam Smiarowski, 29, of Meetinghouse Village was arrested Jan. 25 at 8:26 p.m. by Newington Police at 17 Hazelmere Court, according to the report.
He was charged with criminal violation of a protective order, released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.
