Emanuel Maldonado, 25, of 389 Center St., was charged with suspended license and making a restricted turn.

Alysha Pulisciano, 30, of 114 View St., was charged with disorderly conduct.

Domenic Blancato, 53, of 775 W. Main St. Unit K, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Ryan Gosselin, 19, of 27 Marlson Rd., was charged with creating a public disturbance.

Albert Jackson, 25, of 24 Eaton St., West Haven, was charged with no headlight and distracted driving.

Zachary Smith, 18, of 160 Roseanna Rd., Southington, was charged with fourth degree larceny.

Luis A. Diaz, 71, of 57 Windsor Ave., was charged with following too close.

Equan Jones, 24, of 184 Cook Ave. #1R, was charged with interfering with an officer, criminal impersonation, possession of a cannabis-type substance, and violation of probation.

George A. Soto, 37, of 171 Sams Rd., was charged with failure to display a front marker plate.

Lashanna K. Evans, of 25 Griswold St., was charged with operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

John Velez, of 94 Columbia St., was charged with a weapon in a motor vehicle, no registration, traveling unreasonably fast, and a stop sign violation.
