Andrey Desmond, 18, of 140 Hillard St. #14, Manchester, was arrested and charged with sixth degree larceny.

Kirsten Gade 23, 1271 N. Colony Rd, Meriden, was arrested and charged with reckless driving.

Pedro Centeno, 26, 185 Atkins St., Meriden, was arrested and charged with risk of injury to a minor, third degree assault, disorderly conduct.

Anthony Ortiz, 24, 72 Webb St., South Meriden, was arrested and charged with first degree burglary, breach of peace, second degree criminal mischief, possession of burglary tools.

Abdon Cardona, 38, of 34 Mill St, #2B, Meriden, was arrested and charged with interfering with an officer, criminal trespass.

Luz Maldonado, 36, of 57 Liberty St., Meriden was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance, misuse of plate.

Jaime Ann Pfaff, 28, 55 Main St., #5, Meriden, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Julio Cotto of 120 Gravel St., Meriden, was arrested and charged with misuse of plates, no license, no insurance, unregistered motor vehicle, possession of marijuana.

Michael Dejesus of 221 Cook Ave., Meriden, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana in a school zone, criminal trespassing.

Carol A. Hedlund, 53, of 573 Murdock Ave., Meriden, was arrested and charged with sixth degree larceny.

Kevin L. Raye, 25, of 68 Pleasant St., 1N, Meriden, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

Maria I. Laporte, 21, of 90 Arch St., 1st, Meriden, was arrested and charged with second degree breach of peace, third degree assault.

Jessica A. Maldonado, 20, of 244 South Colony St., 2nd Meriden, was arrested and charged with second degree breach of peace, third degree assault.

Jeffrey R. Plourde, 24, of 23 Vale Ave., Meriden, was arrested and charged with second degree failure to appear.

Antonio Maringola, 53, Meriden, was arrested and charged with second degree criminal mischief.

Eddie Figueroa, 45, of 90 Cottage St., Meriden, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

Amanda Adams, 22, of 184 South Broad Street, was arrested and charged with cruelty to animals.

Lewis Rivera, 18, of 34 Highland Ave., Meriden, was arrested and charged with second degree threatening, breach of peace.

Lance S. Raye, 18, of 54 Parkway Place, Meriden, was arrested and charged with assault on public safety personnel, interfering/resisting, second degree breach of peace, possession of less than 1/2 ounce of marijuana.

Javon E. Fagan, 19, of 815 Paddock Ave., Meriden was arrested and charged with second degree breach of peace.

Jorge Freytes, 27, of 75 Davis Street, Bristol, was arrested and charged with sixth degree larceny. 

Antonio J. Herrera, 22, of 298 Spencer St., Naugatuck, was arrested and charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, failure to drive in the proper lane.

Alex J. Ray, 28, of 111 Bunker Ave., 2, Meriden, was arrested and charged with no front plate, unregistered motor vehicle, operation under suspension, no insurance, misuse of plates.

Tikita Rios, 22, 10 Maple Branch, 1, Meriden, was arrested and charged with no front plate, unregistered motor vehicle, operation under suspension, no insurance, misuse of plates.

David Lord, 60, of 44 Birdsey Ave., Meriden was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with police, interfering with an emergency call.

Linda Johnston, 60, 39 South Road, Southington, was arrested and charged with failure to illuminate rear registration plate, unregistered motor vehicle, no insurance.
