Jesse Velez, 22, 231 Cook Avenue, Meriden, was arrested and charged with credit card theft, larceny in the fourth degree.

John C. Rees, 20, 240 Fairway Drive, Meriden, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, reckless driving.

Jeremi Werner, 31, 1023 Old Colony Road, Meriden, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, interference with emergency calls.

September 21

Raheen Wallace, 20, 186 Grove Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with failure to obey stop sign, no insurance, operating a motor vehicle while registration is suspended.

Roger Chassy, 45, 114 Fowler Avenue Extension, Meriden, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Paul Gravell, 31, 123 Fowler Avenue Extension, Meriden, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

September 20

Wilfredo Rosado-Ocasio, 20, 467 Allen Street, New Britain, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, misuse of marker plates, unregistered vehicle.

Kenny Pagan, 72 North Pearl Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief in the first degree, breach of peace in the second degree.

Daniel Drake, 23 Dee Avenue, Meriden, was arrested and charged with assault in the third degree, breach of peace in the second degree, threatening in the second degree.

Christian Richards, 131 Curtis Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with failure to respond to an infraction.

Quincy Moore, 21, 1047 Old Colony Road, Meriden, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

Katherine Lawrence, 23, 434 South Main Street, New Britain, was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, using cell phone without hands free device.

Kyle Kenny, 40, 707 Hanover Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with robbery in the third degree, larceny in the sixth degree.

Thelma Orellana, 35, 73 Cherry Street, Meriden, was arrested and charged with failure to respond to an infraction.
