The North Meriden Neighborhood Association proudly presents Tom Cirillo, crime prevention officer and DARE coordinator of the Meriden Police Department and nationally accredited gang expert. Cirillo will present an overview of gangs and what to look for if you’re a parent or a concerned citizen.
