Sam's writing:

One day my Mom brought home a peach seed. The next day I planted it in the hot summer sun. Two days later it was the size of my house! My sister jumped on it and said it was soft and smooth. Then my other sister tried to move it, but it wouldn't budge. My dad tried to eat it, but it was too sweet for him. I had the great idea to pull it out but it was too sticky. Finally, my sisters and I ate it up, and we said it was delicious.
