YMCA Head Start Holds Family Fun Day

The Meriden YMCA Head Start Program is holding a Family Fun Day on May 24th (rain date May 26th) to celebrate the end of the school year with Head Start families who are completing the program in May. Family Fun Day will be held at Washington Park on Liberty Street in Meriden from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.

Activities for students and their families will include:
Races
Obstacle Course
Face Painting
Tattoos
Art Activity
Touch-a-Truck
Sno-Cones
Resource Fair
Snacks

Mayor Mike Rohde will attend. City Council, Board of Ed staff and members, and local and state legislators have been invited to attend.
