Viewfinder: Fireworks Return to Hubbard Park
After a few years at Westfield Shopping Mall, Meriden's famous fireworks show returns to its roots in Hubbard Park.
On Thursday night, crowds flocked to Hubbard Park for Meriden's annual Independence Day tradition--music and fireworks.
For the past few years, Westfield Shopping Mall has hosted the celebration. This year, it moved back to Hubbard Park, and many of the folks Patch talked to were happy about the move.
One organizer estimated the event drew about 10,000 people. Were you one of them?
