I can agree with both the above but, dump the ashes out to sea in International Waters, "NORead More Mans Land"

I would cremate the body and scatter the ashes. It happens all the time.

California is out of control, with "leaders?" like pelosi, brown, et al, giving everyoneRead More the impression that there are NO laws, rules or regulations that cannot be broken. Therefore, it's created the run amok society...where consequences can be lied out of. There you go...shows exactly what's being learned in dear Cali's schools!!! Pathetic at best.

The butt shaking didn't offend me as much as the lyrics and the girl who didn't pay attention to theRead More recall on the see through yoga pants. Check out the belly dancers at your local ren faire and I think you'll find that shaking your bootie is hardly a new move.

Absolutely they should have been barred, enough with the provocative moves and sexualization in ourRead More schools.

Mark, a “safety net” would be a short-term arrangement funded by concerned citizens andRead More implemented by private charities. SNAP is a way of life created by despicable politicians to enslave the poor and keep them in poverty. They hand out confiscated money to ensure they win the next election and collect their ill-gotten paychecks. Because the program is funded by taxes stolen from productive citizens it creates contempt and pits citizen against citizen. In reality the contempt should be for the thieving politicians of both major parties and the manner in which they pollute our economy disrupt our lives. The SNAP program is just a small example of why the people need to minimize government to the point of irrelevancy and take back their lives. Oh, and the individuals who are taking part in the fraud along with the store owner by obtaining cash and smokes should also be prosecuted. They’re just as “low.”

IF all the people who receive "benefits" from any social services program were required toRead More perform a community service for it, they would treat it as a "pay check" and have more appreciation and respect for the income. It would become their EARNED PAYCHECK, giving them a sense of accomplishment and possibly an outlook of prudence in redemption of it as well. Freebies to most of these people becomes a way to SCAM THE SYSTEM and BEAT THE MAN instead of a helping hand. 10 years for committing this fraud is just not enough! Deportation should follow!

A bit on the angry side of life Joe? There are MANY people that actually need and use those EBTRead More cards the way they are intended. We NEED a social safety net, Without it, Joe..the hungry and desperate would be knocking down your door no matter how many guns you own. Those that profit through this type of fraud are almost as low as one can go, They should be sentenced to the maximum allowed by law to deter others doing the same easy to do and common thing. It IS common BTW, Authorities should open their eyes a bit wider and look at bit more closely at "Bodegas".

Such a tax will benefit no one. It's simply another way for politicians to confiscate more moneyRead More from citizens. It will be thrown into the black hole of government never to be seen again.

When I go to NYC I usually wear a back pack that has a light jacket. I certainly can carry theRead More jacket in a plastic bag with a couple of other items. I don't really see the need to bring back packs everywhere. No problem here with a ban on them at public events.
