    When I was younger the local paper used to publish a Police Log. Similar to your "Other stats…Read More from reported traffic stops and incidents" with the location of the incident and names of the offenders. Why aren't the locations and names posted? Maybe if the names of these alleged offenders are published it would help reduce the often witnessed offenses that are not caught. The police can't be everywhere and people realize the odds are in their favor as to getting caught. How many near misses have you had?
