Four Corners plans on becoming a full bar and grille in the near future. The restaurant only delivers to offices, hospitals, civic organizations and schools, not to private residences.

Founded in June 2009, My City Kitchen offers recreational classes in cooking and nutrition for children ages 6 to 17.More Chef Kashia Cave, founder and president of this nonprofit organization, is a graduate of the Connecticut Culinary Institute and the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners. Her hands-0n technique teaches kids how to prepare and eat healthy foods from beef Stroganoff to vegan lasagna. Classes are divided by age group and kept small (10 students maximum) to ensure safety and individual attention. The menu and ingredients can be adapted for children with food allergies.

Maria Kontothanasis, the daughter of owners John and Jenny, is a 1999 graduate of Maloney High School and works between Zorba's and Laskara, the family's other Greek restaurant, in Wallingford.

Walking into Zorba's, you feel transported to rustic Greece by the fine linens, custom Grecian murals and decor and friendly family-like atmosphere. The Kontothanasises want you to feel like one of the family.

Zorba's specializes in Greek entrees, pizza, and salad, and has a full bar. Book a party for up to 60 people in-house, or call and arrange for Zorba's to cater your next event.

From appetizers like Mozzarella en Carrozza (mozzarella cheese in Italian bread, dipped in egg and fried until golden brown, served with marinara or anchovy caper sauce) to entrees such as Tenderloin of Pork (grilled and served with a raspberry demi glaze), the food is skillfully prepared and artfully presented.

This Continental-American restaurant can seat 140, not counting the bar. A room for private parties accommodates up to 55 people. During the week, a separate lunch menu is available.
