T. Sterling Watson, Neighbor

T. Sterling Watson is a writer with experience in screenwriting, poetry, fiction and blogging. While he prefers to be behind the scenes, he has been in an Off-Broadway production and has worked on a few short films. He is the founder of indoob.com where he writes about his many jobs and the many happenings in the entertainment world, especially movies and music. He's considered a "foodie" and can be found hanging out at diners and cafes and also has a love of nifty electronics even if they don't have a practical function.

Watson is a life-long resident of Meriden, having graduated from Platt High School in 2004. He spent a year at SUNY at Purchase College studying creative writing before transferring to Middlesex Community College to major in Broadcast Communications. At Purchase he was a radio DJ, which influenced his change to Broadcast Communications. He wrote, produced and directed his first short film while at Middlesex. Later, he got the opportunity to act in a few plays written by a young playwright in Springfield, MA, eventually getting the chance to perform on an Off-Broadway stage. Sterling still collaborates with him today, writing screenplays.

Watson is also very active with his church in Middletown. He sings in the choir, works as an audio and general technician, DJ, church site webmaster and "go-for." There he has hosted a few poetry readings and organized movie nights.

Watson is passionate about art of all kinds and enjoys supporting artistic endeavors whenever he can. He likes to be around creative people, those who have a good sense of humor and enjoy laughing. He believes that everything begins with writing and keeps a pen on him at all times.
