Isabella’s writing:
One day a fleet lizard named Fred walked on Splish, Splash Lake. The lake is very big. He was so fast that he didn't see another fleet lizard named Frank who was watching him. All of a sudden there was a little boom. Frank went to investigate. The booming was getting louder and louder! It was a cannon of course! Frank saw that the cannon was off but not for long. The lizard shaped himself into a ball that fit into the cannon and...Whoosh! He flew out of the cannon like a bird. Now Fred sure saw him flying through the air and was puzzled. "Ahhhhh!" shouted Frank. "Help!" shouted Frank still flying in the air. He was terrified because there was an alligator in the middle of the lake. All of a sudden Fred had a good idea. He jumped ten feet into the air and saved Frank. Wow!
